How is my score decided?
Every score comes from the rankings of people who have been. Each person has one say on each place, going back does not make it count more, and your own staff do not count at your place.
Can I remove a bad review?
No. You can reply to every visit in public and report anything abusive. We review reports and remove what breaks the rules.
Do my guests need the app?
Not to answer your table code: anyone can leave a quick verdict on the web. But the inbox and dashboard show ranked visits made in the app, so a verdict left on the web does not reach them. Ranking you against other places, and keeping a list, happens in the app.
What do I need to start?
Tell us about your restaurant below. We reply within a day and walk you through claiming your page in the app. Once the claim is approved, your page, posts and replies work at once; table codes and staff invites open a week later, so that is when you can print your codes.
How do you know it’s really my restaurant?
We check that you run it before your tools switch on. Where we can, we send a code by text or call to the phone number on your listing, or by email to an address on your restaurant’s own website. Otherwise we check by hand, with you.
Will I see who my guests are?
You see every ranked visit, and the name of anyone with a public profile. Your loyalty card shows collector codes and counts, never a list of who holds it. That’s why guests are happy to scan.
Where is it live?
Wane launches in the UAE first. Places across nine countries in the Middle East are already on the map, so yours is probably there.
What does it cost?
Everything listed under Free is free: your page, posts, replies, dashboard, table codes and staff accounts. Loyalty will be a paid plan when it launches. There is no price yet, and there is nothing to pay today.
